Design Consultation Information
We offer in-person design consultations where possible, but we may need to take a small fee depending on location to cover costs of travel. This is on a project to project basis, but we will be transparent on any extra costs upon booking.
For consultations outside of N.Ireland and Co.Donegal (depending on location), we offer vitual online consultations. However, we are willing to discuss visisting the site in person if travel and accomodation is arranged.
Workshops, Community Group & School Visits
We offer in-person consulatations, workshops, talks and visits to locations throughout N.Ireland and Co.Donegal (depepnding on location), but willing to travel further afield. Contact for more information.
Competition Terms and Conditions
U105 Design Consultation Competition - One winner to be drawn by U105 will recieve a design consultation up to the value of £600. U105 terms state winner will be a resident of N.Ireland. £600 value based on design of a space measuring 10mX10m. Competition winner selected by U105 will be final. Winner will recieve: 2D Planting Plan, 3D design stills, Walk-through animation of designed space.
Newsletter Signup Competition - Running from 10am Friday 6 March 2026 to Midnight Tuesday 10 March 2026, for sign up to our newsletter throughout the Love Your Home Expo event at the Eikon Exhibition Centre, Lisburn. Those signing up to our newsletter agree to be placed on our mailing list to recieve our monthly newsletter unless they opt out at a later date. They confirm that they are authorised and have ownership of said email address submitted. One winner will be drawn on Wednesday 11 March 2026 and will recieve a design consultation up to the value of £600. Winner will £600 value based on design of a space measuring 10mX10m. Winner will recieve: 2D Planting Plan, 3D design stills, Walk-through animation of designed space. The winner which is selected at random by Mindful Gardens is final. Winner selected will recieve either a virtual or in-person consultation depending on client location. In-person consulation throughout N.Ireland, virtual consultations elsewhere.
